We offer an initial appointment at a fixed fee of £225.00 plus VAT which will allow you to sit down with a solicitor and explain your problem. We will then advise you about the law relating to that topic and apply it to your circumstances. Our bespoke advice to you will also be confirmed in writing.
Disputes can often be lengthy and expensive. However, with PGS Law, you will be advised at the outset how much it is likely to cost you to pursue the matter. We will break it down into fixed fees, where possible, so that you know exactly how much it will cost and we can proceed, on your behalf, in manageable ‘bite-size’ chunks. That way, there are no nasty surprises when your dispute is resolved.
Our solicitors will try to resolve your disagreement as quickly as possible. We will explore all avenues to resolve your dispute including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). ADR means resolving a legal dispute without rushing off to Court, which can be expensive. It may include negotiations, round table meetings, mediation or arbitration in a way to find the best solution for you and your dispute.
