We will advise you of how much it is likely to cost to take forward and we will keep you updated with costs so that there are no nasty surprises when your matter is concluded.
Our solicitors will try to resolve your disagreement as quickly as possible. We will explore all avenues to resolve your dispute including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). ADR means resolving a legal dispute without rushing off to Court, which can be expensive. It may include negotiations, round table meetings, mediation or arbitration in a way to find the best solution for you and your dispute.
