I specialise in commercial and residential property law, looking after my clients from across the north east and the UK. I am a Managing Partner at PGS Law, and the Head of our Property Department.

I passed my Law Society Final Examinations with honours in 1993, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996.
I have extensive experience of acting for local and UK wide commercial clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including financial and professional services; pharmaceutical; catering, food and drink; health; transport; and public services. My deep understanding of the requirements of my commercial clients ensures I provide the level service that meets their needs and supports their growth.
My expertise in both commercial and residential property law has qualified me to act for professional property investors based throughout the UK, as well as longstanding and established clients in the north east.
Each client is unique to me, and I ensure they have the best possible advice and support when they need it and how they want it. This has helped me to grow a strong and loyal base of clients.
