I joined PGS Law in 2006, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009. I became a Partner 2015 and work alongside Keith Swan in providing legal support to local businesses of all sizes.
I have a large domestic and commercial conveyancing caseload, acting for a range of individual and corporate clients. I have longstanding and established clients throughout the North East and the UK. I ensure my clients cases are dealt with promptly and efficiently, keeping them informed as to progress and personally helping them find solutions when problems arise.
I split my time equally between domestic and commercial conveyancing, and I have experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions including sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property, drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases, and associated lease documentation, both on behalf of landlords and tenants. I am also experienced in dealing with lease extension transactions and remortgages.

Qualifications

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009, having graduated in 2001 with a degree in geography from the University of Edinburgh. I then went on to complete my legal conversion course and legal practice course at the Northumberland University.
